Throughout the day, you will perform haircuts and grooming services, ensuring that each client leaves satisfied and looking their best. You will manage a diverse clientele while maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with your colleagues will be encouraged, allowing for the exchange of ideas and techniques. Our ideal Hair Stylist/Barber: Active California barber or cosmetology license Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence Reliability and punctuality with an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
