Event Coordinator | Ambler, PA

Full-time | On-site

Salary BOE + Commission

We’re seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team in Ambler, PA and own the full client journey for weddings and social events across Montgomery County. As an Event Coordinator in Ambler, PA, you’ll take events from first inquiry through flawless day-of execution.

What the Event Coordinator Will Own

• Sales & Client Management
• Respond to new leads within 24 hours and conduct venue tours in Ambler, PA and surrounding areas
• Build proposals, manage contracts, deposits, and payment schedules
• Serve as the main point of contact from booking to event day

Planning & Coordination

• Plan both large weddings (150-300 guests) and intimate events (25-75 guests)
• Create detailed timelines, floor plans, and production schedules
• Coordinate all vendors: catering, florals, rentals, A/V, entertainment
• Lead planning meetings and final walkthroughs with clients

Day-Of Execution

• Run point on-site for setup, vendor arrivals, timeline management, and strike
• Troubleshoot issues in real time while keeping clients stress-free
• Ensure venue standards are met and space is returned show-ready

Required Experience for Event Coordinator Role

• 2+ years of event coordination experience with both large and small events
• Direct wedding experience required — must have managed weddings from lead to load-out
• Comfortable working on-site at venues and off-premise at private estates, country clubs, and raw spaces
• Proficient in Google Suite/MS Office and planning tools like AislePlanner or AllSeated
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work evenings/weekends Mar-Nov
• Physically able to be on feet 10+ hours and lift 30 lbs on event days
